Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Maintain a pristine work environment by adhering to strict cleanliness and organization standards.
- Perform daily inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using our inventory management software.
- Inspect machinery for safety defects and report maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Strictly follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company operational procedures at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator with valid certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong ability to read and comprehend safety signs, diagrams, and operating manuals.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, balance, and reflexes.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
