Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Organize and manage inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and loading docks
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly
- Assist with warehouse receiving and shipping processes as needed
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
