Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed during all operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed by the shift lead.
- Inspect equipment for malfunctions and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline logistics processes.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
