Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely in accordance with OSHA regulations and company protocols.
- Load, unload, and stage freight onto pallets, racks, and trucks with precision and speed.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
