Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and streamline workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
