Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in a high-volume warehouse
- Verify product specifications and quantities using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as required for overtime
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within first week of employment)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
