Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack merchandise within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counting, and picking orders accurately.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace conduct policies.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFL, RFDC, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and material handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
