Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (Class 1 & 3) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to delivery schedules and inventory orders.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counting and stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push, and pull materials frequently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
