Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety during handling.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Verify inventory counts and document any discrepancies using warehouse management software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Class A, B, or C) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
