Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated areas.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods in compliance with company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, warehouse policies, and operating procedures at all times.
- Clean and organize the warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and inventory managers to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of material handling safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while performing duties.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and operating warehouse management software.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
