Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily forklift inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization
- Load/unload trucks and stage products for shipment
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
