Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision
- Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and report equipment malfunctions immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and 5S compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
