Responsibilities

- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support physical inventory audits and stock rotation processes
- Train on new equipment and technologies as implemented
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
