Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using warehouse equipment
- Perform daily forklift safety inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indianapolis facility
- Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift (flexible schedules available)
