Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory through systematic stock rotation and accurate record-keeping
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and staging of incoming shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA/NIOSH compliant)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Proven ability to operate various equipment (reach trucks, order pickers, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
