Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient material flow
- Inspect and maintain equipment pre/post-shift
- Operate pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse machinery
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to industrial areas
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
- Strong attention to safety and detail orientation
