Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., counterbalance, reach trucks) to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety during the process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Reliable transportation to the Denver facility.
