Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Perform daily quality checks on inventory and maintain accurate stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies regarding material handling.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
