Responsibilities
- Safely Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Maintain Inventory by accurately staging and organizing freight while adhering to strict safety standards.
- Perform Pre-Shift Inspections on all machinery to ensure equipment is in proper working order before operations begin.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols at all times, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with Team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the Work Area clean, organized, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Certification Required: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not always required for immediate hires.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
