Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move, locate, and stack products.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and proper storage of warehouse materials.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track materials and orders.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive paid training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fresno facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
