Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Support inventory management and stock rotation systems
- Use warehouse management software (WMS) for tracking
Qualifications
- No forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for company vehicle use)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
