Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA) with a valid license (must provide certification at interview).
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory or operating warehouse management systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
