Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse settings
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper stacking techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize operational efficiency
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
