Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, stack, count, and stage product.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, or conveyors.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate digital logs.
- Keep the warehouse organized and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must provide certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
