Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Verify inventory accuracy by checking stock and labeling pallets correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license (not required for the forklift role but preferred for warehouse access).
