Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move products.
- Inspect machinery before use to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse management.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift certification training (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Valid driver's license (not always required for warehouse roles, but preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
