Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in storage racks.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
