Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach Trucks and Order Pickers) in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment to meet tight delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy industrial equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperature conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
