Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.</li><li>Load and unload materials from trailers, trucks, and railcars with precision and speed.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning products and verifying stock counts.</li><li>Perform routine pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.</li><li>Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.</li><li>Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth workflow and efficient material flow.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred) is required.</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts in a warehouse setting.</li><li>Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.</li><li>Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.</li><li>Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems.</li></ul>
