Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and safety.
- Load, unload, and stage materials according to strict warehouse protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for all stock movements.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse flow and overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
