Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all freight is handled safely and efficiently according to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying orders against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must provide valid certification).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid California Driver's License (if required for vehicle operation).
