As a Forklift Operator, you will be a vital part of our supply chain, ensuring materials are moved efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.
- Stack and organize inventory in designated areas to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of workstations.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification (training provided upon hiring).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
