Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, and Reach Trucks) to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks, ensuring cargo is properly secured and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace, adhering strictly to 5S cleanliness standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock accuracy checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CP, LF, RF, or HE) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory counting and labeling.
- Proven track record of adherence to safety regulations and accident prevention.
