Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and organizing workspaces.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within 30 days of hire if not currently certified.
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
