Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records through cycle counting.
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring proper storage and clear aisles for safety.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class I, II, or III) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
