Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for damage and report maintenance needs immediately to supervisors.
- Accurately load, unload, and stage pallets in designated zones according to shipping orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance and efficiency.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock movements accurately using WMS software.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating Counterbalance or Reach Trucks is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
