Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipment using shrink wrap and banding tools.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we will assist with this).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
