Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for damage or malfunctions before each shift and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for all employees.
- Accurately verify inventory counts and assist in stock rotation to prevent product spoilage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn inventory management software quickly.
- Strong willingness to undergo forklift certification training on-site.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
