Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is functioning correctly.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately according to warehouse standards.
- Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license is a plus (not always required).
- Willingness to learn new equipment and safety procedures.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
