Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and yard.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, organized, and stored to maximize inventory accuracy.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to verify that forklifts are in safe operating condition.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, strictly adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle heavy pallets and merchandise with precision to prevent damage and injury.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting (minimum 1 year).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory logging.
- Reliable transportation to work locations in Cleveland, OH and Georgia.
