Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Sit-Down, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to organize warehouse storage and optimize workflow.
- Handle product with care to prevent damage and ensure quality control.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL Class B is a plus).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in warehouse operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
