Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves accurately to maintain efficient warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (for Reach Truck, Forklift, or Pallet Jack).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
