Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and dock operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic proficiency with inventory tracking systems and RF scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening mandatory
