Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets of goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
