Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and production areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper load stacking and aisle clearance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Assist in unloading trucks and staging incoming shipments
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
