Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately load/unload trucks while maintaining inventory records
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and material storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
