Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Counterbalance) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage freight in accordance with strict safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock locations efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
- Valid OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes.
