Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, and Reach Trucks) to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
- Prepare pallets and packages for shipping and delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator License (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and material handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills for inventory logging (e.g., RF scanners).
