Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Loading & Unloading: Handle incoming and outgoing freight with precision and care.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock verification and organizing warehouse spaces to maintain optimal flow.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper labeling before storage.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Must possess a current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (CDL is a plus but not required).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/overtime).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory handling.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and communicate with team leads.
