Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy using scanning systems
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete detailed logs and reports for inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license preferred
